Description: Metal lanterns are a traditional craft of Morocco, and they served as inspiration for these beaded beads and pendants. To shape these beads, students will learn peyote increase patterns for the triangle, square, pentagon, and hexagon. These shapes will be manipulated to create five three-dimensional beaded beads. The beads may be embellished with flat-backed beads and a faux bezel. The teacher will offer flat-backed and cylinder beads for sale in class.
