Description: Students will make an ancient-style ring that is still beautiful today, then adapt that design into a brand-new chain design invented by the instructor, complete with matching hook fastener.
 
Project will be completed in class.
 
Student must be at least 16 years old to register for this class.
 
Supplies to Bring: Ruler, task lamp, ring mandrel (may be plastic), wire cutter.
 
Pliers: Chainnose, flush side-cutting, standard roundnose.
 
Materials in Kit: Sterling silver wire, copper practice wire, jump rings, form for shaping links.
 
Limit: One seat per person per class.
