Description: Want to try metalsmithing, but a little hesitant? The instructor will introduce students to silver soldering with this quick-to-make, fun sterling silver ring.
Project will be completed in class.
Student must be at least 16 years old to register for this class.
Supplies to Bring: Diagonal wire cutters, fine-tip permanent marker, hammer, metal files, ruler, task lamp, steel ring mandrel. A hammer with a rounded, polished face can be ordered in advance from the instructor.
Pliers: Chainnose, standard roundnose.
Materials in Kit: Sterling silver, copper practice wire.
