Technique: Metalwork
 
Description: Learn professional stone-setting techniques, including bezel, prong, and tube, to set cabochons and faceted stones while working on a fully equipped jeweler’s bench. Students will complete a variety of sterling silver pieces. Additional session offered Friday and Saturday, June 6 and 7 (B08593).
 
Project will be completed in class.
 
Student must be at least 18 years old to register for this class.
 
Supplies to Bring: Rio Grande provides all tools and equipment for use in class.
 
Materials in Kit: Rio Grande provides all materials, including sterling silver findings, CZs and cabochons.
 
Limit: One seat per person per class.
You can register for classes Sunday, June 1 - Tuesday, June 3 at the registration area located in the Hyatt Hotel 2nd floor from 7:30 a.m. - 10:00a.m., or beginning Wednesday, June 4 at the Midwest Airlines Center 3rd floor at 7:00 a.m. For further information, please call 1- 800-554-0197.
