Description: Discuss the technical side of sandblasting and learn about equipment, materials, safety issues and the wide ranging applications of sandblasting techniques. Abundant hands-on opportunities allow experimentation with a variety of resist materials and blast designs on at least five beads that have been prepared or purchased in advance and brought to class. A full sandblasting setup is available in class, and will be used to complete the projects.
