Class Fee: $485.00
Technique: Glass and Lampworking
 
Description: Students will become familiar with male and female forms, such as the head, hands, and feet, and articulate the figure to create gestures and emotion. Class involves the use of a torch with open flame and gases. Wear safety (didymium) glasses, cotton clothing, and closed-toe shoes. Tie long hair back. Additional two-day session offered Friday and Saturday, June 4 and 5 (B08655).
 
Project will not be completed in class.
 
Student must be at least 18 years old to register for this class.
 
Supplies to Bring: Safety or didymium glasses. Basic lampworking tools will be provided for use in class. Optional: Personal lampworking tools.
 
Materials in Kit: Specially pulled peach half-diameter borosilicate rod for making the human form.
 
Limit: One seat per person per class.
