Technique: Wirework
Description: Students will weave a wide band of wire-woven pearls and seed beads with open work sides. The band is highlighted with a rivoli crystal surrounded by delicate leaves and Swarovski pearl spikes.
Project will not be completed in class.
Student must be at least 18 years old to register for this class.
Supplies to Bring: Fine-tip permanent marker, flush-cut wire cutters, ruler, work surface, writing materials.
Pliers: Chainnose without grooves, standard roundnose.
Materials in Kit: 20- and 24-gauge sterling silver wire, 11/0 and 15/0 seed beads, one 16 mm rivoli button, 100 3 mm Swarovski pearls, 20 5 mm Swarovski pearls, 12 3 mm bicone crystals, 16 premade headpins.
Limit: One seat per person per class.
